Make an impact

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities in target industries

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and Swisslog's offerings.

Solution Selling:

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swisslog.

Market Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments to refine sales approaches. 

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Forecast revenue and report sales performance metrics regularly.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members as needed.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on automation, supply chain, or logistics solutions.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value sales deals.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, or supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
