Make an impact

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot,
  • implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements,
  • design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate, 
  • troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services,
  • provide training and support to end users on Microsoft 365 tools and features,
  • ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment,
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements,
  • stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage,
  • share knowledge within the IT department proactively through knowledge sharing and the creation of knowledge base articles,
  • manage, execute, or support IT projects when required,
  • support audits and certifications (TISAX, ISO27001, and others),
  • define and enforce department operating policies, procedures, and budget,
  • adhere to corporate policies and procedure and legal requirements,
  • perform other duties, as assigned.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role,
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot,

  • experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks,

  • familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365,

  • familiarity with identity management in Entra ID,

  • excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, 

  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders,

  • very good communication skills both to close colleagues and internal customers, 

  • strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects and other responsibilities, 

  • ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly to ensure smooth operations,

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team, 

  • ability to travel a few times per year, 

  • ability to work non-standard hours if needed,

  • desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or combined equivalent in education and experience,

  • desirable: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
