Swisslog is op zoek naar een parttime Administratief Medewerker P&O (0,5 FTE) voor ons kantoor in Zaltbommel. Bij voorkeur ben je meerdere dagen per week beschikbaar, zodat we de werkzaamheden goed kunnen spreiden.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons HR-team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief op rolletjes loopt. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het opstellen van contracten, brieven en andere HR-gerelateerde documenten
- Het beheren van onze HR-systemen en dossiers
- Ondersteuning bij het gehele HR-proces: van instroom tot uitstroom
- Het beantwoorden van administratieve HR-vragen van collega’s
- Het uitvoeren van diverse andere administratieve werkzaamheden
What you need to succeed
Wat neem jij mee?
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een administratieve HR-functie is een pré
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent discreet en pakt zelfstandig taken op
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met verschillende systemen
