Make an impact

  • Primary duties include identifying sales opportunities in the allocated geographical area, building, and maintaining successful relationships with prospects, existing and past clients and collaborating with his superior/s on business strategy to determine objectives to maximize business reach and potential.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and development of the business relationship with partners.
  • Acquires new clients, through prospecting, visiting, and serving the needs of the clients, within the allocated geographical area (hunting).
  • Maintains and develop the business with the existing clients and finding new opportunities to increase the business within the specific industrial segment (farming).
  • Identification of objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term business relationships and sales development on the allocated geographical area.
  • Provides market data and insights to the local and international management for designing the proper strategy for the business growth.
  • Implementation of the commercial strategy and optimizing it within his/ her region through analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
  • Leads and develops new customer acquisition campaigns using various channels.
  • Attends trade meetings and industry conventions.
  • “One man show” in the geographical allocated area, he/she has to be able to work together with the service team/ colleagues on his her area, as a unitary team.

What you need to succeed

  • University degree Technical relevant University (Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Automation etc.).
  • 3+ years related experience in account management in industrial segment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Trustworthy, high business ethics, diligent.
  • Very good English language skills. German - represents an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Driving license (B cat.).
