For the new maintenance team in a new automated warehouse for our customer Albert Heijn in Zwolle we are looking for a Resident Engineer.
In this position, you will work 40 hours in extended (mainly) 2-shifts. You will work in a team with 6 colleagues, the operating hours are between 6am - 11pm, 5 out of 7 days a week.
Your tasks include:
- Performing electro-mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on automated material handling equipment, such as Autostore and conveyors, in accordance with quality standards.
- Resolving faults and user problems of a mechanical and electronic nature. If necessary, you will liaise with remote specialists
- You will represent Swisslog in a professional manner and maintain customer relations
What you need to succeed
- Technical education in mechanical / electrical maintenance or mechatronics
- Customer and service oriented and good communication skills
- Understanding of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Experience working on automated equipment such as conveyors and robots is desirable but not essential
