Short Description
We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors HR Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective use and support of the SAP SuccessFactors system to enhance our HR processes. This role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the system is fully utilized to meet business needs.
Make an impact
- Serve as HR point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors-related inquiries and issues,
- support configuration and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.),
- conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies,
- develop and deliver training sessions for HR team members and end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities,
- collaborate with HR and IT to identify system improvements and enhancements,
- prepare and analyze reports from SAP SuccessFactors to support HR decision-making,
- stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology,
- support the implementation of the compensation modules.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
- minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in all modules,
- strong understanding of HR processes and best practices,
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
- very good English required, German is a plus.
