Make an impact
- Disciplinary Leadership of a team consisting of commercial and technical product specialists
- Act as a Business Driver & Business Enabler for KUKA’s IIoT products
- Strategically develop KUKA’s global IIoT business in the relevant target industries such as Automotive and General Industry
- Responsibility for the success of KUKA’s IIoT products such as iiQoT, VCS, KDC, Remote Service, Mixed Reality, etc.
- Act as a orchestrator for Sales, Portfolio Management, R&D and Customer Service to collaborate on relevant customer insights, feedback and technical requirements to enhance KUKA’s IIoT products
- Shape, develop and implement an IIoT global business strategy including regional organizations, strategic partners and end customers/integrators
- Set up and execute a global Digital Services Hub/Ambassador approach to built up IIoT counterparts in regions and ensure global scaleability
- Global Accountability for (commercial & technical) enablement and trainings to ensure global scalability of KUKA’s IIoT products
- Pilot new IIoT business offerings and business models with lead customers
- Support our customers to reach their business goals by utilizing KUKA’s IIoT products
- Responsible to optimize existing processes and tools to deliver Software as a Service offerings
- Budget and ressource responsibility
What you need to succeed
- Master degree or higher in: computer science, business administration, business & information systems engineering, engineering, information technology or business engineering
- Experience in defining and implementing new strategies related to IIoT
- Disciplinary and functional leadership experience is required
- Commercial and technical experience with IIoT, digitization and business innovation in context of manufacturing with a proven track record increasing growth
- High degree of market and customer orientation
- Good negotiation skills, assertiveness and implementation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset, outgoing, positive and adaptable personality
- Entrepreneurial spirit to drive teams to get things done
- Mental resilience and ability to overcome difficulties and smart failure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Affinity to IIoT commercial and technical related topics
- Excellent command in German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel
